IE issues

For a while now I've been having an issue with IE.
I get the box in the first screenshot and if i don't X it out within a few seconds i get the second box.
It usually does it on a page that's loading but it will do it on pages that have been fully loaded for minutes.
It happens a lot. Any ideas?

I see your main problem, you're using IE. Get a better browser mate.

Try reseting to default parameters first.

Start > Control Panel > Internet Options > Advanced tab > click the Reset button

See if that helps.

I love how in all threads about IE you can guarantee people will ignore the problem and post crap about other browsers, happens on all forums.

Typically speaking, IE was the problem and the correct fix was to switch to a different browser. (Notice how this isn't ignoring the problem.)

Now, Win7 + IE is actually a pretty good thing and about as secure as anything else, but on track record alone + minor hiccups here and there I still suggest trying a different program. Personally, I use Firefox with No Script, so that's what I recommend.
