Negative. You can backup the .gcf files though onto a CD or another hard drive. They store your game information.

I really don't like that. I don't like having to download a game everytime I need to reinstall it.

EDIT: I just got off a map where I guy was doing this. He could also restart the map at will. He restarted us on Global Thermal Nuclear War (the hidden game type) and set unlimited ammo, super fast running, and super high jumping.

I got a key from a guy on a forum giving away 100. Not pre-ordered it myself, apparently you can pre-order on steam, get the beta and cancel the order, not tried it though. I don't like the map in the beta, that snow is annoying, you can't see anything, on the ATV all I could see was white powder in front of me.
